Hello and welcome,
I'm Ronnie Kenyatta, and I want to express my gratitude for visiting my website. With over 20 years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every athlete I train.
My journey in this field has been shaped by a deep commitment to education and excellence. I hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and possess three of strength and conditioning's top certifications. The bulk of my coaching career was spent with the prestigious New York Mets, where I served as the Assistant Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator from 2002 to 2013.
Despite facing personal challenges, including a kidney disease that led to my retirement, I embarked on a new path with unwavering dedication to my passion. Today, I'm devoted to teaching athletes of all ages the optimal training techniques that enhance performance and minimize injuries.
But our approach goes beyond physical conditioning. We prioritize mental fortitude, instilling in our athletes the importance of proper preparation and maximum effort in every endeavor.

Kwasi K. Irving, Jr. is currently a Strength and Conditioning coach at Smarttense Training facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. He is originally from Washington, D.C. and is a recent graduate of Morehouse college with a Kinesiolgy Degree.He is now a student at Georgia State University pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is soon to be a licensed physical therapist and looks to take what he learns in rehabilitation and prevention and implement it into the strength and conditioning world. He specializes in overall strengthening, speed, and sports specific movements and has over six years of coaching experience in multiple sports. When he is not coaching he loves learning and reading about baseball, working out himself and giving back to his community in any way he can.

We change thoughts and we change lives. Our Habit And Routine Building Program is one of the most unique programs in performance training. We teach our athletes habits and routines which are inline with their personality type. Overtime (on average 3-5 days) our athletes develop new levels of discipline, focus, and confidence.
