Owner, Ronnie Kenyatta MS,CSCS,PES,CES

My name is Ronnie Kenyatta. I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I have been in the strength and conditioning business for over 20 years. My education consists of a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and three of strength and conditioning's top certification. The majority of my coaching experience took place within professional baseball. I was the Assistant Minor league Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Mets from 2002-2013. After being forced into retirement due to a kidney disease I had to begin my new life and my new coaching career. Today I teach athletes of all ages optimal training techniques designed to enhance performance and minimize injuries. Mentally, we teach our athletes the importance of proper preparation and maximum effort during all activity. Kwasi K. Irving, Jr. is currently a Strength and Conditioning coach at Smarttense Training facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. He is originally from Washington, D.C. and is a recent graduate of Morehouse college with a Kinesiolgy Degree.He is now a student at Georgia State University pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is soon to be a licensed physical therapist and looks to take what he learns in rehabilitation and prevention and implement it into the strength and conditioning world. He specializes in overall strengthening, speed, and sports specific movements and has over six years of coaching experience in multiple sports. When he is not coaching he loves learning and reading about baseball, working out himself and giving back to his community in any way he can.

We change thoughts and we change lives. Our Habit And Routine Building Program is one of the most unique programs in performance training. We teach our athletes habits and routines which are inline with their personality type. Overtime (on average 3-5 days) our athletes develop new levels of discipline, focus, and confidence.
