RK Strength  Baseball  & Softball Program

RK Strength Training offers professional-level performance training for amateur baseball & softball athletes of all levels. Our program has four main goals:

  • Improve athleticism, which translates to the playing field

  • Improve mental capacity under pressure/fatigue (I.Q.) 

  • Diminish the probability of injury

  •  Increase confidence.​  

Many parents and athletes are aware of the importance of speed and weight training.  But time constraints may prevent workout time correct? No problem, RK Strength Training offers online strength and speed training programs. Our programs include:

  • - 24/7 contact with your Strength Coach     

  • -Prehab (injury minimization) routines

  • - Strength and speed workouts,

  • - Accountability tools

  • - Warm-up routines

Lastly, proper recovery is a popular topic in sports in general. This brings us to the BEMER. The Bemer is a recovery tool we use which increases blood flow by 30%. Efficient blood flow is essential for our athlete's performance and injury prevention.
